In 2012, a group of Jewish teens met to discuss the flaws they saw in their community, and develop ways to further engagement among their Jewish friends. As a result, JTAG was founded, working to create a connection between Jewish teens in Tucson, and seeking to convene and centralize information concerning existing Jewish programs in the greater Tucson area; JTAG accomplishes this goal through the assemblage of a youth council, a central website, and community-wide events for teens.
Overall, JTAG is an “umbrella” that encompasses all information for Jewish teen programs in Tucson.
